STRESS BREAK was created by Elsa Reid after a long career in organisations within both the private and public sectors.
As a senior human resources manager, she has observed an increase in:

Elsa brings a unique combination of experience from management, HR management, training and development; together with expertise in delivering stress-reduction techniques to managers and staff in the workplace.
First introduced to stress management skills training in the early 1980s, she has since developed and refined her approach, and added qualifications in massage therapy and on-site seated acupressure massage.
